You, your organisation and industry

We spend time learning about your needs, wants, challenges and environment. This helps us understand the big picture of your business, culture, objectives and desired skills so we can divise the right questions and analyse for the right skills.

Divise the questions

We spend some time working on the questions we will ask to ensure we get the information required for an effective analysis.

We share the questions with you as a pre-discovery check-in to ensure they will be received well and fit with your needs and the company culture.

Explore under the surface

We then speak to individual managers or groups to explore the deeper requirements of each department and/or team. This helps us establish the skills required, gaps and 'nice to haves' required for success.

Compilation of data

The next steps is the pulling together of all the data. We check all the relevant information is there, the required questions have been asked and even more importantly, that they have been answered!

We share the data with you as a check point in the process to ensure relevant questions have been asked and that nothing has changed around what you need from the analysis.

We take time to explore, analyse, group and illustrate the data to create a picture of learning needs and wants across your organisation, department or teams.

We avoid basic training programmes and opt for deeper and more flexible options such as reading, videos, virtual webinars, coaching and more.

People are all different, they learn in different ways, each has their own particular requirements and one size does not fit all. Forcefeeding lessons on people is simply a waste of their time and yours (as well as our time and your budget!). We can better spend our time inspiring people to learn in which ever way suits them best.

Reporting - the choice is yours

We have found that the choice of three is most effective - it gives you choice but without too much that it makes the decision more of a task than it need be. Each choice will be a programme of learning for your company or department, offering different levels and focus depending on your immediate and longer term needs - and you can mix and match those options if you wish.

An easy to read and interpret report is shared with you and key findings presented, the choice is then yours as to which options you wish to pursue.

Review and action

We reveiw the options with you and can support the full learning cycle all the way from basic analysis (such as in this process) through to end-to-end programme management (administration, communication, design, development and delivery as well as pre/post learning analysis and RoI) for you.
