Team Development

The best teams take time out to develop together, bond, learn and grow.

To do this effectively they need to understand what kind of team they are, what kind of team they want to be, and where they are in terms of team development as a whole.

From that point, teams can develop understanding of roles and boundaries, internal communication and greater awareness of how they mould and move together for the greater good of the whole rather than individual goals.

Using a combination of theory and experience, we've worked with many teams to help them develop new and better ways of working, for improved happiness and greater productivity.

Here are two examples of overall structures for workshops we've facilitated. Both were designed in partnership with business leaders and both had great results, including improved communication across the teams, understanding of boundaries, adoption of accountability and responsibility and greater confidence in managing team conflict.
